Care
Silk Care
To preserve the beauty, softness, and noble sheen of silk, treat it with delicacy.
Washing
We recommend hand washing in cool or lukewarm water, using a mild detergent designed for silk. Do not bleach, do not soak for long, and do not wring the fabric.
Drying
After washing, gently press out excess water with a towel. Dry flat or on a hanger, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not tumble dry.
Ironing
Iron inside out, at a low temperature, preferably when the fabric is still slightly damp. You can also use steam from a short distance.
Proper care helps maintain the quality of silk and extends the life of your favorite BILQUIS products.
Shipping
Each BILQUIS order is packed in a branded package. Products available immediately are shipped within 2-4 business days, by courier or to a parcel locker.
We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery time depends on your location - international shipments.
We sew in Poland, in small batches, using selected natural fabrics. We design with quality, comfort, and items you'll want to return to for years in mind.
